1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trayce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Trayce is a local-first desktop application that indexes your files, chats, and screenshots to make everything on your machine searchable in plain English. The Service is provided "as is" and runs entirely on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Trayce complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to use the Service only with files and data you own or have authorization to access.

4. Accounts and Billing

Certain features of the Service require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. You may cancel or downgrade at any time, with changes taking effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology underlying the Service are the property of Frontier Digital LLC. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of any files or data you index with Trayce.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Frontier Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
